Fundraiser is Just Around the Corner

Our fundraiser is less than two weeks away. Keith emphasized several things at the meeting. Everyone should plan to attend the fundraiser and help in any way possible. You should also plan to stay after for cleanup.
Everyone needs to bring in one item for the silent auction to next week's meeting. You can purchase something and donate it if you aren't comfortable asking for donations. Keith suggested a drill from Home Depot, so don't everyone buy that!
We need people to help set-up around 2:30 in the afternoon at the Jersey Village Civic Center.
You also must try to sell your tickets. If you aren't having any luck selling them, you can buy them yourself and give them to employees, clients, friends, or anyone who might enjoy attending the event. The more people we have at the event, the more we will make off the silent auction. So bring friends and family.
We usually have a kiddie room, so bring your kids, but also bring some toys or games. Our Interact kids and teenagers will babysit the kids, but they need something to work with.
