July 14th Board Meeting

Club President Keith Peterson called the Cy-Fair Rotary Club Board meeting to order at approximately 5:30 p.m. on July 14th.

Club Treasurer Vicki Botkin gave an update on the financial report and discussed a number of administrative issues pertaining to the new Club budget. In addition, discussion occured concerning service projects and the annual fundraiser for the coming year.

Also the Board took action to recommend Lloyd Culp as a Club member. Lloyd previously served as a member of the Cy-Fair Rotary Club.

Board members present were President Keith Peterson; Vice President Gary Gray; Vicki Botkin, Treasurer; Justin Jenkins, Secretary and Mike Hoke, Sgt. At Arms.

The meeting adjourned at approximately 7:00 p.m. with appropriate action items to be presented to the Club at its next meeting.
