We had Rose Hong Tran as our speaker. She was introduced by Charles Durrenberger, Jr. Rose has worked with plastic surgeons and neurosurgeons to help lift the face naturally.

This program was started in 2002 and Rose had some pictures to show us the dramatic results of following it. There are 57 muscles above the neck that we don't exercise usually, so our faces can sag due to muscle sagging. Rose showed us before and after pictures and then she demonstrated how to do it. These exercises sharpen the mind, works into the master glands, and generally improve health and appearance. The lion pose tickles the pituitary gland and is used to cleanse various organs. Rose took us through the process of detoxing our face and major organs. She then showed us the Face Lifter pose. She told us to do the exercise for 15 minutes a day, spread over the whole day. She advised us to drink water with lemon for cleansing. She also gave us a pose to help jowls and turkey necks which also strengthens the jawline and helps heal TMJ. We all left feeling younger and happier!
